2. Access the Data Deletion Request Form: Once logged in, navigate to the 'Settings' section of your account dashboard. Here, you will find a link to the Data Deletion Request Form.
3. Complete the Form: Fill out the Data Deletion Request Form with the required information, including your account details and a brief reason for the data deletion request (optional).
4. Submit Your Request: After filling out the form, submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email or notification acknowledging your request.

What Happens After You Submint Your Request

• Verification: We will verify your identity and the authenticity of the request to prevent unauthorized data deletion.
• Processing Time: The data deletion process may take up to 30 days from the date of your request. We appreciate your patience during this period.
• Confirmation: Once your data has been successfully deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.

Data Retention

Please note that in some cases, we may retain certain information as required or permitted by law, even after the deletion of your account. This may include data needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
